Booking: deposit equal to 40% with bank transfer when booking, cash settlement on arrival, refundable damage deposit of € 200 to be paid on arrival is required.

Cleaning: € 60,00 for final cleaning per house per stay , additional cost of € 30 for dirty kitchenette.
Small bed/cradle: € 10 a week.
Linen: € 15 a week per person including sheets and towels. Week change linen compulsory.
Consumption: free gas and electricity.

Departures: from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Arrivals: from 16:00 to 20:00 p.m.
Late check-in: fee for check-in after 20:00 p.m. from €20 to € 50 (€20 if agreed, €50 if not agreed). After 23:00 p.m. welcome service is not guaranteed.
Arrivals days: in June, July, August and September, best on Saturdays.
