Tariffs
Reservations: 40% deposit by bank transfer at the time of booking, balance on arrival, deposit of 200.00 Euros to be paid on arrival against any damage caused to the property and/or objects pertaining to the house , any consumption, refundable on departure.
Cleaning: mandatory final cleaning of 60.00 Euros, if not carried out cleaning the kitchenette, 30.00 Euros will be charged.
Cot/crib: 10.00 Euros per week.
Linen: 18.00 Euros per week per person including bed, bathroom and kitchen linen. Compulsory weekly change.
Consumption: free gas, free electricity.
Midweek cleaning on request, 12.00 Euros per hour.
Departures: from 08.00 to 10.00.
Arrivals: from 16.00 to 20.00.
Overtime arrivals: to be agreed.
Pets are not allowed.
